Client Statement

Statement

In the module "clients" you can select any client with a mouse click and call an internal report "Statement" to view all important information about the selected client in one place.

A customer interaction statement will appear.

There you can see the following information.

• Client contact details.

• The entire list of products that the client purchased.

• Frequency of orders and dates of each sale.

• Preferred payment methods.

• The presence of debts for each order. General debt or, conversely, prepayment.

• Amounts of accrued and used bonuses. Remaining bonuses that can be spent.

  Find out how bonuses are accrued and written off .

• The sum of all financial resources spent by the client for the entire period of cooperation.
