Earlier we looked at how you can easily and quickly draw a floor plan . Now let's take a look at using a floor plan for record keeping and find out how drawn infographics can help us in our daily work.

Using infographics

Infographics can be used in two different modes:

1. On the computer

   

   First of all, infographics can be used in everyday work at a computer. The user will have the opportunity to choose any room or a specific place, so that some information is attached to it.

2. On a large monitor or TV

   

   It will also be possible to create a large information board. It will show the plan of the room, where the drawn objects will be displayed in different colors. The color depends on the state of the object. The brightest colors are used to particularly attract the attention of users. Thus, it will be possible to create functionality for constant control and monitoring of any processes in the organization.
