Product memo

When do you need a memo for a product with barcodes?

For example, you are working with barcodes . In this case, during the sale, you can not only read the barcode from the product itself, it is also allowed to read the barcode from a sheet of paper on which there will be a list of goods. This piece of paper is called a ' Records '.

The memo prints out the goods on which it is not possible to stick a label with a barcode.

• For example, if the item is too small or too large.

• In the absence of packaging for the goods.

• If services are being sold.

• When, after an order has been accepted, the item will first need to be manufactured.

Print a memo for the product

You can select multiple records in a table "Product range" .

Learn how to correctly select multiple rows in a table.

Then select internal report "Records" .

The list of goods with barcodes that appears on a sheet of paper can be printed.

Due to the fact that it is the selected goods that get into the memo, you can print any number of memos with the division of products into groups. This is very convenient if you have a large assortment of goods.
