Product prices

Price list selection

First, you need to select the desired one from above. "Price list" . And then "from below" you will see the prices for your product according to the selected price list. The item will grouped into groups and subgroups. If groups "open" , you will see something like this image.

Price setting

Each added to nomenclature goods, got here automatically. And now we just have to double-click "on every line" to set the sales price. Double clicking will open the mode "post editing" .

We indicate the price in the currency in which the price list we have chosen.

At the end of editing, click the button "Save" .

If you have several price lists, do not forget to put down the sale prices for each price list.

Display products that have not yet been priced

If you apply your values by data filtering , you can easily display only the product where prices have not yet been set. So you will not miss a single position, even if you have a huge range of products.

For such filtering, it is necessary for the column "Price" make it so that only rows where the value is zero are displayed.

The result of such filtering will appear immediately. In our example, only one item has no price yet.

Automatic pricing

If your prices often change, if you do not need to re-stick labels , if you depend on the foreign exchange rate, then you can order automatic pricing from the developers of this program. Contacts for this are listed on the usu.kz website.

By default, our software is configured with the most commonly used option when manually setting the price. You can also ask to customize other various options.

• So that the sales price is entered automatically when the goods are credited, taking into account a certain percentage of the markup.

• So that the selling price changes in accordance with the exchange rate , which you can put down daily.

• You can offer any custom price change algorithm for buyers.

Print price list

Any price list can be printed .

Copy price list

You can also copy the price list if the prices in the new price list differ from the main price list by a certain percentage.

Label printing

Labels can be printed for each product.
