Logistic system WMS in the software "Universal Accounting System" makes it possible to automate control over the processes of acceptance and shipment of goods, storage and expiration date. The WMS logistic system is installed on computers remotely by its developers - USU specialists; the installation of the universal program is followed by setting, as a result of which WMS becomes an individual logistic system customized for the tasks of the customer warehouse.

Working in the WMS logistic system does not take much time and is not difficult - the automation program has a simple interface and very convenient navigation, therefore it is so easy to use that employees can work in it even without user skills - remembering a few simple actions is not difficult, but more nothing is needed. The WMS logistics system assumes that a sufficient number of users will work in it and at the same time from different work areas and management levels, since to compile an accurate description of current processes requires versatile and multi-level information. There is only one thing from the staff - to timely register every operation performed within the framework of their duties, in electronic forms created specifically for data entry. The WMS logistics system has a number of responsibilities, one of them is collecting data from forms filled out by employees, processing them and generating indicators characterizing the current state of the warehouse, with subsequent placement in public databases for all employees who have the right to do so. This is exactly the logistic process of entering data into an automated system - through personal electronic forms with cells of a special format, sorting according to their purpose, processing and calculating the indicator, placing it in databases. True, this is far from the only responsibility of the WMS logistics system - it has enough of them, so its installation frees up a lot of time for the staff, especially since they spend a few minutes during the day to work in electronic forms, and this depends on the employee's quickness.

The formation of current and reporting documentation is one of such duties, the process is automatic, a set of templates is enclosed for the forms to be filled in, and the autocomplete function, which freely operates with data and forms, compiling a document in full compliance with the request and requirements. Another automatic function of the WMS logistics system is the maintenance of all calculations, including the calculation of the cost of customer orders and their value for the customer himself, and profit from him. The accrual of piecework remuneration is also within the competence of the program, since the amount of work taken as the basis for the calculation is fully reflected in the content of electronic forms marked with logins. Therefore, the accrual is absolutely transparent, which encourages employees to be more active and timely register performance, providing the WMS logistics system with the necessary primary and current information.

Who is the developer?

WMS is a warehouse management system, the goal is to optimize the warehouse area to accommodate as many goods as possible and indicate their exact location so that an employee, going to the specified cell, can be sure in advance that he will find exactly what he was sent for. the proper amount. The system manages the logistics processes on the territory of the warehouse, relations with contractors, all goods that are placed here or are being prepared for arrival. For the convenient conduct of logistics processes, information is clearly structured across several databases, the most significant of which are the nomenclature range, the base of storage cells, a single database of counterparties, a database of orders, various financial registers, and a base of primary accounting documents.

One of the time saving tools used by the WMS logistics system is the unification of electronic forms so that the staff does not think about where to add something. Numerous databases also have the same format, despite their different content - this is a list of their positions and a tab bar below it, where a detailed description of each position is given when selected. The bases have their own classifications for convenient work either with groups (categories), or for control over the state (status, color).

The order base is formed with each new application for loading and unloading operations, container rental, each one is assigned a status and color to clarify the stages of its implementation.

The change in status and color occurs automatically - the user marks the completion of the work in his journal, the WMS logistics system immediately changes the associated indicators.

The base of primary accounting documents is also divided into statuses and colors, which are assigned to each document to indicate the type of transfer of inventory items for it.
