Accounting of the transfer of finished stocks begins with its exit from production and moving to the warehouse, and from there - until the moment of transfer to the client, movement in this case occurs between structural divisions.

Accounting is necessary for manufacturing and trade enterprises to structure information about the movements of goods to improve the quality of analytics. In an environment where information on the use of resources is constantly changing, the timely and accurate display of these changes in accounting is a rather complicated process. A certain method of analytical accounting of goods transfer provides the procedure and sequence of accounting of goods movement. In the trade division of the organization, finished products are accepted for accounting at their actual cost. Excess and unnecessary inventories of a non-trade organization transferred to a trading division are written off from the accounts where they were accounted at the actual costs associated with their acquisition. In this case, goods can be purchased directly by the trade division.
Acceptance of accounting of goods in the trade division is carried out in accordance with the procedure established for materials. In cases where supplier organizations provide various discounts to enterprises purchasing goods, stocks in non-trading organizations are accounted for at their actual cost. In this case, the purchase price of a product is the actual amount of money paid for the goods, that is, minus the discount provided. Accounting of the availability and movement of finished goods requires prompt documenting to establish strict control over the safety of finished products, to exclude cases of theft. The software configuration for availability and movement accounting of ready-made goods automates such control activities, thereby increasing its quality and efficiency. The organization of accounting of the products movement consists in the formation of invoices for each fact of its transfer, this process is automatic, and the employee's duties include only the choice of the appropriate name in the base of goods, called the nomenclature, indicating the amount required to perform the operation and the route of movement.
The accounting information is entered into a special form, which has a special format for easy data entry in manual mode; in fact, the warehouse worker simply selects the desired options from the drop-down menu built into almost every cell. Further, the final form of the document is formed, approved in advance by the enterprise. The invoices have the number and date of registration, the signature of the person in charge and other required attributes of the documentation of this appointment. Electronic waybills are saved in the software configuration for availability and movement accounting of ready-made goods in a separate database, where they assign a status according to the route of movement, and the status - their own color, so that you can visually determine the type of waybill. Accounting of the movement of finished products in the warehouse includes its registration upon arrival from the production workshop, which is confirmed by the corresponding receipt, as well as the formation of invoices of its movement in the warehouse, if it suddenly happens, and upon the disposal of ready-made stocks from the warehouse when shipped to customers. The availability of finished products in the warehouse can be established by waybills, it is possible in the nomenclature, where each commodity item has information on the place of storage, quantity in each storage place.
