Management of agriculture is a state-regulated branch of the economy, with strategic importance in ensuring the livelihoods of the population and the food security of the country. Under the management of agriculture, state and economic management are considered at several levels following the scale of government, including regions and local territories.
The organization of management in agriculture is designed to regulate relations between local farms and the body that controls their activities. Any management has its own structure. In the case of agriculture, it is a community of relations between links in the structural chain and the management apparatus of each rural organization. The task of the management structure is reduced to the organization of stable relations between its components, their effective functioning under joint management.
The management of agricultural sectors, including crop production, animal husbandry, fishing, hunting, and gathering (mushrooms, berries, herbs), coordinates their activities, since the agro-industrial complex, of which agriculture and its branches are a part, is not a single whole. Hence, the task of managing sectors of agriculture includes control over the targeted use of financial and material resources provided to all sectors of agriculture, including in the form of loans, the fulfillment of their obligations to supply products for state needs, and other forms of agricultural production support. It should be noted that agricultural sectors are active buyers of industrial products, thereby generating profits in other sectors of the economy. The objects of management of agricultural sectors include such rural organizations as farms, personal subsidiary plots, agricultural cooperatives, and producers, and it is believed that their activities are most regulated today.

At the same time, the application configuration for the organization of management can be used by a separate organization, a community of several farms, an executive body in charge of all of the above. Such a management program provides for the separation of the rights of all users, thus the confidentiality of service information is protected, each has his own level of access exclusively to the amount of data that he needs to do his job. Access is allowed by personal logins and passwords that limit the information volume according to competencies and powers.
Superiors exercise control over the results, if this is part of their functions, they receive special rights to view closed electronic documents of users and a special audit function to speed up the control procedure.
