The transport enterprise management system is a software "Universal Accounting System" installed on the computers of the transport enterprise by the USU specialists remotely. By its structure, the automated management system of a transport enterprise is very simple - it has three structural blocks in the menu, which are practically identical in terms of the names of the internal tabs and consistently perform their functions in the system.

Directories, Modules and Reports are three "whales" of managing a transport company in an automated format, each has its own tasks, while two sections, Directories and Reports, are not available for entering user information, since their mission is different - in the first case, it is a complete setting of processes in the management system, the definition of the regulation of operations and the hierarchy of accounting procedures, the regulation of production activities, the automation of settlements, in the second case it is the analysis and assessment of the operating activities of the transport company, which is organized in the Modules section, which is the only worker in the automated control system. It is in the Modules that users' work forms are placed, in which they enter their observations of work processes, register the operations performed by them and add the results obtained during the performance of their duties. It is in the Modules that all changes in the production process of the transport company are saved, documents are formed, and performance indicators are recorded.

The transport company is interested in an automated control system in terms of increasing its efficiency, which is provided by the automation of internal activities and management by reducing labor costs and speeding up information exchange, regulating work operations in terms of time and volume of work, accounting for materials used. At the same time, the schedule is not corrected by anyone - its filling is also automated and is carried out on the basis of data coming into the system from users from different services, for example, scheduling maintenance periods - from transport workers, repair work - from a car service, flight control - from logisticians, flights - from coordinators and drivers. Each of the persons mentioned does his job, noting the stages of readiness, and the automated system collects this disparate information, sorts it and processes it, distributing it to all processes that are relevant to the information received.

In addition to the production schedule, several more databases are presented in the automated management system of the transport company, including the database of transport and drivers, the nomenclature and a single database of contractors, invoices and orders, and others. In these information systems of the "local" level, all changes are also noted, on the basis of which it is possible to form an idea of the current processes, this responsibility is again taken over by the automated system - it provides reports by the end of the period, for the compilation of which there is a separate block in the menu.

These analytical and statistical reports are the best tool for the management apparatus, as they allow you to quickly assess the efficiency of the entire transport company, each structural unit and any employee, the degree of use of the fleet and specific transport, the profitability of transportation in general and separately for each flight, the activity of customers and the obligation of suppliers ... The reports are provided by the control system in a visual and easy-to-view format - in the form of tables, graphs and diagrams, which also show the dynamics of changes in indicators.
