The program for transport documents is one of the configurations of the "Universal Accounting System" software, created to control the transport documents that must accompany the cargo, and the documents that confirm the registration of vehicles for cargo transportation. Both those and others can be considered as transport documents. The program for filling out transport documents provides for this filling in automatic mode, for which the program offers special forms, called windows, through which primary, current data is entered into the program for the actual reflection of the production process.

Forms for filling out transport documents have a special format, and they perform two tasks - speeding up the filling procedure and establishing the relationship between new values and those that are already in the program for filling out transport documents. The peculiarity of the format lies in the fields for filling - they contain a built-in menu with answer options (the manager must choose the appropriate one) or give an active transition to a specific database to select the desired position in it, and then also return to the form. This, of course, speeds up the filling, and the data is "linked" to each other through the menu with answers and / or a link to the database.

In this case, the program maintains registration with continuous numbering, setting the current date in the registry by default, then generates archives corresponding to the content of the documentation, monitors its return after signing and notes whether the original or scanned copy is saved in the program. The transport document registration program assumes conducting a different process, mentioned above, when control is established over the registration documentation issued for a specific vehicle with an indication of its validity period, together with a driver's license, so that vehicles and drivers are "fully armed" before each flight.
