Each user can customize the appearance of the program in their own way, choosing one of 50 styles. The order in which information is displayed is also easily configurable by changing the position of columns in the logs. The user can also remove unnecessary columns from the field of view and add those containing important availability information to the screen. For the cashier to see the free places' availability when selling event tickets, you must first fill out the directories. Here you can enter information about the organization, its income and expenses, receiving funds options, the number of cash registers, departments, and much more. This also includes information about the premises available to the company and whether it is necessary to impose a restriction on free places. If such a restriction is necessary, then the number of free places is affixed for each of the premises (halls) available in the asset. Operations that reflect data on the daily work of the organization are entered in the ‘Modules’ block. Here, the correctness of entering information is due to the presence of logs. Each of them is easy to find. They display a list of all actions. For the convenience of finding the data, we have divided the work area into two parts. One contains a list of transactions, and the other reveals the selected operation in detail. The USU Software also has a ‘Reports’ module, which summarizes in a readable form all the information that employees of the enterprise entered earlier. This menu item can be used by both an ordinary employee (within the scope of authority) for self-examination, and a manager to see how the real course of events differs from the planned one. Using convenient tables, graphs, and charts, you can observe the change in various indicators. This provides an opportunity to influence the situation and make informed development of the company management decisions.
