The first to start work is the References block - its task is to organize all the processes considered by the enterprise as production, and to determine the accounting and counting procedures, according to the hierarchy of processes regulated on the basis of initial information about the enterprise itself - first of all, its assets. In the same block there is an industry-specific regulatory framework with all the requirements and standards for organizing processes, which is regularly updated and convenient for calculating work operations.
The second in the queue is the Modules block, which is, in fact, a workplace for the company's employees, since it is presented for organizing operational activities, which means continuous input of current information into the automation program performed by users. Here are the current documents and workbooks of the personnel, various databases, etc.
These three sections have the same internal structure, the organization of which is very simple - each heading has the exact name of what is placed in it, while the headings in all three blocks are practically the same. For example, the heading Organization is present in all three sections: in the Directories, this is strategic information about the enterprise, including a list of structural divisions, a list of personnel and equipment, financial items, etc., in the Modules this is current information on operational activities - work with clients, information on receipts and payments, in the Reports it is data on the effectiveness of personnel, a visual representation of cash flow, a summary of customer activity. All received information is stored in the system, which guarantees the completeness of the coverage of production indicators for effective production management.
