The management of the delivery of goods is a direct task of the USU Software, which automates the procedures of placing delivery orders, choosing the optimal delivery route, controlling the management of delivery, materials, and goods to be transported. The management of goods and materials is carried out in the commodity base. In the nomenclature, their full assortment is presented. All goods and materials have their nomenclature numbers and trade characteristics to identify materials when ordering them for delivery.
The management of the delivery of goods begins with accepting an application, for which the manager opens a special window and indicates the customer in it, and not by directly entering data from the keyboard, but by choosing from the client base, where a quick transition is made from the cell where the customer should be indicated. If the customer applies for the first time, the management program requires his mandatory registration before the start of the remaining procedures, for which a specialised window is opened. In the case when a client is already registered, information management requires specifying personal data and contacts, as well as the source of recommendations, due to which the customer is applied for the delivery of goods and materials. Such ‘passing’ marketing research allows the delivery management to identify the most effective advertising platforms that are used by the management to promote services of the delivery of goods and materials.
The management of goods delivery uses a special form to register customers, orders, goods, and materials. Menu with answers is built into the filling in fields, and the delivery officer just needs to choose the one that suits the order. The management regularly checks individual electronic forms of users since they have free access to all files, using the audit function in this procedure, due to which, the information that was added to the logs after the last control is highlighted. This can be new information, edits, or deleted parts.
