Organizations

Requisites are needed for the formation of documents

If you plan to generate accounting documents for buyers, you will need to enter the details of those companies that make purchases from you.

Organizations are counterparties with whom we interact. To see them, go to the module "Organizations" .

The previously entered data will appear.

you can like "add" new organization and "edit" details of any existing counterparty.

Please note that for organizations from different countries, the developers of the USU company quickly and free of charge set up a different list of details. To do this, you can contact the contacts listed on the website usu.kz.

Main organization

There is a fictitious organization in the list ' Person ', which is ticked as the main one, because it is it that is automatically substituted during client registration, when you register an individual.
