How to change the language in the program? Easily! The choice of language at the entrance to the program is carried out from the proposed list. Our accounting system has been translated into 96 languages. There are two ways to open the software in your preferred language.
You can click on the desired line in the list of languages and then press the ' START ' button, which is located at the very bottom of the window.
Or just double-click on the required language.
When you select a language, the program login window will appear. The name of the selected language and the flag of the country with which this language can be associated will be displayed at the bottom left.

When you select the desired language, all titles in the program will change. The entire interface will be in the language in which it is more convenient for you to work. The language of the main menu, user menu, context menu will change.

Since there are a lot of supported languages, we will not list them all here.
What will not be translated is the information in the database. The data in the tables is stored in the language in which they were entered by users.
Therefore, if you have an international company and employees speak different languages, you can enter information into the program, for example, in English, which will be understood by everyone.
If you have employees of different nationalities, you can give each of them the opportunity to choose their native language. For example, for one user the program can be opened in Russian, and for another user - in English.
If you have previously chosen a language to work in the program, it will not remain with you forever. You can choose another interface language at any time by simply clicking on the flag when entering the program. After that, a window already known to you will appear for choosing another language.
Now let's discuss the issue of localization of documents generated by the program. If you work in different countries, it is possible to create different versions of documents in different languages. There is also a second option available. If the document is small, you can immediately make inscriptions in several languages in one document. This work is usually done by our programmers . But users of the ' USU ' program also have a great opportunity to change the titles of program elements on their own.
To independently change the name of any inscription in the program, just open the language file. The language file is named ' lang.txt '.
This file is in text format. You can open it with any text editor, for example, using the ' Notepad ' program. After that, any title can be changed. The text that is located after the ' = ' sign should be changed.
You cannot change the text before the ' = ' sign. Also, you cannot change the text in square brackets. The name of the section is written in brackets. All headings are neatly divided into sections so that you can quickly navigate through a large text file.
When you save changes to the language file. It will be enough to restart the ' USU ' program for the changes to take effect.
If you have several users working in one program, then, if necessary, you can copy your modified language file to other employees. The language file must be located in the same folder as the program's executable file with the ' EXE ' extension.
