Why do you need a connection between the program and the bank?

If you work with a bank that can send information about the payment made by the client, then such payment will automatically appear in the program ' Universal Accounting Program '. This is especially handy if you have many clients. It is for such purposes that it establishes a connection between the program and the bank.

How do clients pay?

Customers can pay in different ways. For example, it will be possible to use a payment terminal or a bank's mobile application for payment.

Our software first sends the bank a list of invoices issued or a list of customers who have been charged. Thus, the bank will know the unique number of the client and the amount that each client owes you.

After that, in the payment terminal, the client can enter a unique number issued to him by your organization and see how much he must pay.

The buyer then enters the amount to be paid. It may differ from the amount of the debt, for example, if the client plans to pay the bill not immediately, but several times.

When the payment is made, the bank's software, together with the ' USU ' system, brings the payment information to the ' USU ' database. Payment will not need to be made manually. Thus, an organization that uses the ' Universal Accounting System ' saves the time of its employees and eliminates possible errors due to the human factor.

Acceptance of payment through Qiwi-terminals

The scenario of working with payment terminals described above also applies to Qiwi terminals. They are distributed on the territory of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan. If it is convenient for your customers to pay through them, we will help you integrate with this service.

What is required for this?

• It will be necessary to conclude an agreement with the bank for the provision of this service.

• Your website will participate in the exchange of information. If there is no site, you do not need to create it so that the pages of the site open directly and information about your organization appears. It will be enough just to purchase an inexpensive domain and hosting from any local provider.
