These features are available only in the Standard and Professional program configurations.

We have previously added a new product category and subcategory .

Many more subcategories can be added to the ' For Boys ' category to represent other types of clothing. To speed up your work, and each time not to fill the ' Category ' field with the value ' For boys ', when adding a new record to the table, you can choose not the command from the context menu "Add" , and the command "Copy" .

Only when copying, we right-click no longer anywhere in the table, but specifically on the line that we are going to copy.

Then we will have a form for adding a record no longer with empty input fields , but with the values of the previously selected line.

Further, we will not need to fill in the field "Category" . We will just change the value in the field "Subcategory" to a new one. For example, let's write ' Shirts '. Then click on "Save" . And we have the second line in the group ' For boys '.

Command "Copy" will speed up work even more in those tables where there are many fields, most of which contain duplicate values.

And the work will be done even faster if you remember the hotkeys for each command.
