' Universal Accounting System ' cares about the safety of your confidential information, therefore only users with full access rights can export tables and reports to third-party programs.

Work on a local network

When working on a local network, no data is stored on employees' computers. All information is contained in a database, which is located on the main computer of the organization, called the server. Do not give programmatic access to the server and physical access to the cabinet in which it is located.

Database in the cloud

If you do not reflect all financial transactions in tax accounting and are afraid of inspections by the relevant government agencies, you can additionally order a cloud server from us. Then we will place the database in the cloud and you will not store confidential information on any computer at all.
