Manual program lock

The program ' Universal Accounting System ' may contain confidential information. Therefore, it has access rights . There is also a detailed audit , which for each user remembers all actions.

Given all of the above, it is important to prevent another user under your account from doing something in the accounting system. For this, a command was created that allows for a while "locking" the program.

If you need to leave your workplace, use this command. In this case, all open forms will remain open.

When you return, you just need to enter your password.

It is recommended that you change your password periodically .

Automatic program lock

And the program can automatically block itself if it notices that no one has been working at the computer for a long time. This feature can be enabled or disabled by custom software developers.
