Even if a child does not attend an educational institution, information about that student is kept in the program for the period specified by the educational institution. This "case" may change the category in the database. It is also the responsibility of the program to compile current documentation of any purpose by the deadline set for each document - the deadlines here are managed by the built-in task scheduler, which was built in advance for all automatically executed works, the list of which includes regular backup of information for its safety. The independently drawn up documents include the accounting document flow, all kinds of invoices formed to document the movement of sold products, applications to suppliers for product purchases, standard service contracts and others. Frankly speaking, it is very difficult to find a task which the program for the center of children’s creativity cant’ perform.
