One of the main tasks in storage logistics is to control the balance of goods, because the provision of organizations with the necessary materials, crudes, goods depends on how carefully it is carried out. In every enterprise, the control of balances requires systematization, as well as regular revision of the methods of its implementation of effective management, planning, and supply. Control of balances during shipment of goods is configured separately for the warehouse and organizations. Remainder control, which is used in the warehouse, is indicated on the warehouse card. For the warehouse, it is necessary to determine whether or not the remainder will be monitored during the paperwork. If the balances need to be verified, then the control collateral checkbox should be checked. The list of those positions for which it is not necessary to monitor the balances on a given slide can be added to a separate list. Control of the balances in the warehouse is carried out when conducting goods movement documents as follows. When posting shipping documents, the free remainder of goods in the warehouse is monitored, taking into account previously reserved stock. The balances are monitored as of the current date. When posting orders, monitoring of stocks depends on the established collateral option of a specific item. The remainder is monitored taking into account the previously reserved products for the current date. The balance is monitored following the schedule of goods movement, taking into account the previously reserved products and stocks planned to receipt.

With the prompt posting of the document, the balance of the organization as of the current date can be monitored. If we correct and repost the document that was created earlier, then in addition to the operational check, additional control of the balances will be carried out. Remainder control depends on the selected type of check: it will be additionally verified at the end of the day on which the document was issued, or at the end of the month in which the document was issued. When the documents of the delivery of goods are canceled, additional control of the operational balance of goods is carried out.

The delivery document cannot be canceled if the remainder of the goods is not enough for the current date. If the intercampaign scheme is not configured and the control of the balances of organizations is disabled, then only the presence of balances of products in warehouses will be monitored. In this case, the shipment of stocks on behalf of any organization will be available. In this case, negative balances of goods will be automatically recorded in the case of sales of goods from other organizations. In the future, based on this data, it will be possible to draw up a document for the transfer of goods between organizations. Such a document is drawn up manually. The document provides a service for filling the tabular section with negative balances of another organization.
