All documents must be properly executed and have the appropriate signatures. The base of counterparties allows you to organize the management of relations with customers and suppliers, especially since it has the most convenient format - CRM, the base of orders - management of requests, where each is assigned a status and color to it to indicate the stage of implementation, over which the employee of the enterprise conducts visual control - by terms of execution, readiness. Any operation in the configuration of commodity management takes a fraction of a second, despite the amount of data in processing, therefore they talk about management and accounting in the current time, since the human factor does not perceive such a time interval. There is also an inverse export function, which is often used to output generated reports with an analysis of the enterprise's activities, which are compiled automatically at the end of each period - during the transfer process, the conversion is carried out into the format required to complete the task, while all the values retain their original form. The configuration of commodity management provides a regular analysis of processes, objects and entities, which allows you to organize effective management of all resources, find new opportunities to maximize profits, optimizing management and financial accounting.
