Accounting of materials in the USU software can be organized for any materials and in any organization - even in a bank, despite the fact that the bank is a financial institution. For the bank to carry out its main activity, it still needs different products - fuel for maintaining its own transport, stationery for office work, cleaning agents for maintaining cleanliness, and so on. And these materials are also subject to keeping records upon receipt on the balance sheet of the bank and subsequent distribution to services for direct use.

The bank's materials are accounted for drawing up invoices and generating a material accounting card, where all the details of the received products are indicated and its movement within the bank is noted. To check the condition and safety, the bank conducts regular inventories, which, thanks to the installed software materials inventory configuration, go to accelerated mode. Since the integration of the program with warehouse equipment, in particular, with a data collection terminal and a barcode scanner, allows performing these procedures in a new mode - the data collection terminal easily 'reads' the volume of products and quickly verifies the 'physical' measurements with the information in the cards accounting of materials and with data of the bank.

In addition to bank products accounting, the program carries out accounting of nonmetallic materials, which has nuances due to the characteristics of raw materials and the organization of production. Non-metallic materials include crushed stone and sand, thus, keeping records is carried out in tons and cubic meters, while in the bank - other units of measurement, but the automated system differentiates the differences in products and their accounting.
