An accounting log in a warehouse is a primary unified document that reflects the movement of goods and their full characteristics. In some organizations that use the varietal accounting method, this function is performed by accounting cards. The log in the warehouse of the organization contains the main characteristics of the stock: sort, brand, size, name, date of its arrival, consumption, movement, write-off, information about the subjects involved in the transfer process, materially responsible persons, and organization data. All entries in the log are endorsed by the responsible person, they are also checked by another responsible person. If inconsistencies or errors are found, a comment and signature of the inspector are left.
