Manufacturing financial analysis - Program screenshot

The production financial analysis in the software "Universal Accounting System" is automated, i.e. is conducted without the participation of the company's personnel - independently within the framework of an automated system, which, in fact, is a functional information system with regulated processes and procedures, including financial analysis. Financial analysis is considered the state and dynamics of changes in indicators characterizing the financial position of the enterprise. These indicators are needed by the enterprise in order to make informed decisions on adjusting production processes, modernizing production and other important provisions in the activities of the enterprise itself.

The financial analysis of production helps to identify non-productive costs, reduce costs in production processes, and indicates factors that negatively affect the calculation of the cost of products. The financial analysis of a manufacturing enterprise studies the reasons for deviations of actual costs from planned indicators, which, as a rule, have always been, are and will be, in this case, the task of financial analysis is to minimize them by searching for factors whose impact on production processes leads to an increase in financial indicators.

The software configuration for the financial analysis of production generates reports with the operational analysis of production processes, providing the results obtained in tabular and graphical form with full visualization of the participation of each indicator in the production operation selected for analysis. Production financial analysis reports give the management the ability to diagnose the current state of production in all parameters that affect efficiency. The software configuration for the financial analysis of production has a very simple structure - there are only three organizational blocks, they take a strictly defined part in the execution of the production financial analysis of the enterprise.

The blocks are referred to as Modules, Directories and Reports. It is in the latter that the formation of puffiness takes place according to the analysis of all points of the enterprise's activity, as well as production processes. It stores all the reports produced for the period of automation, structured by periods, which is understandable, and by production operations, objects and subjects of production.

It should be noted that all three blocks have the same internal structure with similar names of working folders, which designate the thematic category of the procedures under consideration. For example, the folders Money, Mailing, Warehouse are present in each block, but they carry different semantic content. If we are talking about industrial financial analysis, then it will be more convenient to explain the mission of each block using the example of the Money folder.

In the software configuration for the financial analysis of production, the References block is designed to organize order in the accounting of production operations and their costing, this allows you to automatically calculate production and financial indicators, according to the official methods adopted in the industry where the enterprise operates. The regulatory framework with such techniques and norms for conducting production operations is also located in this section. In a word, the References block is the rationing of all activities of an enterprise based on the information about its assets presented in it. The Money folder here contains a list of all expense items, according to which funds will be debited, and sources of income, according to which financial receipts will be recorded.

The Modules section is a place of operational activity, where information is registered on the current state of individual production stages and the entire production, on operations of expenses and income, the formation of various registers, documents, etc. The actual activity of the enterprise is reflected here, and the Money folder contains a register of all receipts and payments, which is regularly updated as accounting activity is carried out. In this case, in the current document against each transaction, all the details of the transaction are indicated - the amount, basis, date, counterparty and the person responsible for the transaction.

In the Reports section, which has already been mentioned above, the Money folder will contain reports on cash flows during the period - income will be shown on the green chart, and expenses on the red one. In color diagrams, all production costs will be marked, indicating the volume for each expense item and the profit received after the sale of products, indicating the participation of each source of financing in its total volume. Therefore, you can immediately assess the significance of each expense item in the production of products and the influence of different production parameters on its value.

An enterprise that has its own production, having automated its activities, receives quite significant preferences in the organization of industrial relations, which only contributes to an increase in production efficiency, including due to the availability of regular analysis.
