Automated management of production
Automated production control has three structural blocks, each has its own purpose. The first section is Directories, or a block with organizational information about an enterprise and a reference base for the industry in which it operates. Based on the information provided in it, the software processes are set up, according to which the rules of production and internal processes in the automated accounting system will be established, as well as the calculation of work operations is set up, taking into account and without the use of consumables, due to which the automated production management conducts all calculations independently, accruals, deductions, etc.
The second section is Modules, or a block with current operational information coming from program users to electronic journals and statements. These data change over time in the course of the production process, which must be recorded by the personnel when performing their duties. This is the only block that provides for the activities of users in automated production control; they do not have access to other sections to add data.
The third section is Reports, or a block with statistical and analytical information, on the basis of which the management reporting mentioned above is compiled.
