The system of outpatient accounting is one of the configurations of the USU-Soft automation accounting program and includes the control of outpatients. At the same time, outpatient accounting is performed automatically, which frees up a lot of resources, both among the medical staff and over time. The program of outpatient accounting is easily implemented on a computer by our team and does not require special user skills from staff members admitted to the accounting system. As a rule, patients make an appointment with a doctor at the reception or via phone. The system of outpatient accounting has its own electronic schedule, drawn up according to the work timetable of specialists and the availability of doctor's offices. The timetable is done in a window format - each doctor has their own. It shows the hours of appointments, and it is clearly seen which outpatient is going to come and at what hour. To make a registration of an outpatient for an appointment, the application of outpatient accounting allows you to open a special registration window, where fields are already generated for comfortable manual entering of clients’ information. First of all, add an outpatient from the unified database with a click of a mouse, quickly searching for him or her in the total database by the first letters of the surname. If an outpatient is not entered in the database, he or she can be easily added to it through another window - an electronic file similar to the one described above, but taking into account the content of the field of data entry.

As soon as the outpatient is entered to the schedule, the accounting system starts to make an electronic medical record. The doctor sees the preliminary record and knows in advance the history of the coming outpatient. When an outpatient is admitted, the accounting system shows the doctor pop-up hint documents containing background data on all diseases. To choose the diagnosis, the doctor just clicks on the desired option, and the information is reflected right away in the medical record. Further, the doctor makes a treatment protocol, selecting it in the same way from the drop-down classification, which shows classical treatment procedures according to the diagnosis established by the doctor. Thus, when using the outpatient accounting, the energy and time of the employees of the medical center are saved. Thanks to such comfortable "instruments", the doctor wastes the minimum of time on examining the patient.

Payment for services provided by outpatients in the accounting program proceeds according to a printed receipt, where its price is shown against each prescribed procedure and below there is the final amount. It should be said that outpatient accounting system has an automated cashier's place, which can be linked with the registry. The cashier accepts the payment. During the work of the outpatient accounting system, the patient's account is checked if there are ant arrears and the accounting system shows the total amount of payment. The price of services and admission are automatically displayed in the bill. If some medical supplies were used, the accounting system includes the cost to the bill. When patients make the payment, this amount is automatically debited from the warehouse. The outpatient accounting program controls the supply of medicines as well.
