All types of invoices are saved in one database. Each document is assigned a status and colour to visually delimit the database according to the name of the documents.
For an accounting of goods and goods in the warehouse, warehouse accounting is used, which works in the current time and allows you to determine the balance of all items at the time of the request. Such a warehouse accounting format enables you to automatically write off the transferred goods and items from the balance sheet when issuing the corresponding invoices, to know about the end of the goods. The system organizes statistical accounting of all performance indicators, this makes it possible to objectively plan your activities for future periods and make a profit forecast.
At the end of the reporting period, a variety of reports are generated, showing where high results were achieved and when the production plan was not met. The report on mailings organized for counterparties shows their effectiveness in terms of the number of requests and the number of orders placed, indicating the profit received from it. Various advertising tools are used to promote the services, and the marketing report shows the effectiveness of each, considering the costs and incomes from the clients. To determine how responsibly the staff treats their duties, there is a personnel report, which shows the productivity of the department as a whole and separately of each employee. Financial management, organized in the program, monitors expenses of their expediency and shows the deviation of actual costs from planned indicators.
