Print price list

Paper version of price lists

Usually price lists are stored electronically, but you may need to print them out in paper format for clients or for your own use. It is in such cases that the ' Print Price List ' function becomes useful.

The program easily connects to devices such as printers. Therefore, you can print the price list without leaving the program. Also, all employees connected to the program will have access to the price lists and will be able to print them in paper format at the head office or any branch.

"Price lists" can be printed if you select the desired report from above.

  You can also print separately "Commodity prices" if you are selling medicines or you need to show the cost of consumables

  

Please note that the prices in the price list will be displayed exactly as they are indicated in the lower submodule 'Prices for services' or 'Prices for goods'. When setting prices, it is useful to first set a filter for prices with 'zero' and check if everything is correct and if you have not forgotten to put them down if you have recently added new services.

The price list will be divided into those categories and subcategories that you have chosen in your catalog of services and products.

You can form a price list separately for each type of price specified in the program.

The program takes the logo of your company and data on it from the 'Settings'. This is where you can easily change them.

For your convenience, the program will also put on each page of the employee, the date and time of formation, so that you can easily track who printed or sent the price list and at what time.

Export to electronic formats

In addition, you can save your prices in one of many electronic formats if you use the 'Pro' version of our software. In this case, you can download the price list, for example, in pdf format for sending to the client by mail or in one of the messengers. Or, save it in Excel and edit it before sending it, if, for example, someone needs prices only for certain services.
